Left arrow to use the left flipper and right arrow to use the right flipper.  (they aren't actually backwards, your keyboards just upside-down)  (I fixed the keys for normal keyboard users mb)

Return to pull back the spring launcher

Space to use ball abilities 

R to reset the scene

Q to cycle levels

I stuffed up the web builds screen resolution whilst trying to make it portrait :(

Will upload a fixed version as soon as (and if) my project loads on my laptop.
